Cobalt Blue
 
Joules & Joules Cobalt Blue Matte Acrylic Paint is a vibrant medium blue that is highly lightfast, semi-opaque, with moderate tinting strength and moderate covering power. It is a cool, slightly greenish blue, saturated and highly luminous. An excellent color for adding saturation and brightness to mixtures, it enhances chromatic intensity without overpowering other hues. The color is made from the synthetic inorganic pigment PB28, used in the production of pigment dispersions manufactured by Joules & Joules.
